Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities/skills:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting and onboarding new accounts.
  • Conduct site visits to customer locations and job sites to support sales efforts and strengthen partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly gross profit targets through strategic selling and account management.
  • Collaborate with key vendors to promote products and drive joint sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial distribution or related mechanical/technical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or gross profit targets.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial products, mechanical systems, or construction-related applications.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results in a territory-based role.
