Description: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and accelerate the continuous improvement initiatives of our client in a manufacturing environment. This individual contributor role will partner closely with department leaders and production teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, improve processes, and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads and production floor personnel to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable results.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.
