HR/Business Process Analyst

Seeking a HR Process Analyst to support enterprise HR processes, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, learning, and employee lifecycle improvements. This role partners with HR and technical teams to document current processes, identify gaps, and design more efficient future-state workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements

  • Map current-state and future-state HR processes

  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Translate business needs into system-ready requirements

  • Support HR technology initiatives (recruiting, onboarding, learning)

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

  • Strong process mapping and requirements skills

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders

  • HR systems experience (Workday preferred)
