Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager/HRBP to partner closely with firm leadership and drive key people initiatives across the organization. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, supporting organizational development and business planning
  • Manage key aspects of benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, qualifying events, and open enrollment
  • Lead communication and education around HR programs, benefits, and leave administration
  • Support and facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure HR compliance and consistent application of policies and best practices
  • Advise leadership on policy interpretation and employee-related matters
  • Handle employee relations, including coaching managers, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace issues
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, including annual reviews, development planning, and compensation discussions
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Serve as HRIS Administrator, leveraging data and reporting to identify trends and inform decisions
  • Stay current on HR trends and continuously improve processes and efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Manager or HRBP role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws in a multi-state environment
  • Proven experience across core HR functions (employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment with confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
