We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager/HRBP to partner closely with firm leadership and drive key people initiatives across the organization. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, supporting organizational development and business planning
- Manage key aspects of benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, qualifying events, and open enrollment
- Lead communication and education around HR programs, benefits, and leave administration
- Support and facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance and consistent application of policies and best practices
- Advise leadership on policy interpretation and employee-related matters
- Handle employee relations, including coaching managers, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace issues
- Partner with leaders on performance management, including annual reviews, development planning, and compensation discussions
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Serve as HRIS Administrator, leveraging data and reporting to identify trends and inform decisions
- Stay current on HR trends and continuously improve processes and efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Manager or HRBP role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws in a multi-state environment
- Proven experience across core HR functions (employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment with confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
