Inside Sales / Stocklist Associate
A leading distributor in the Pipe, Valve, and Fittings industry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales and Stocklist Associate to join its growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Stocklisting and Technical Support

Prepare detailed material lists for fire protection projects using HydraTech software

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes align with fabrication capabilities and customer requirements

Communicate material needs to purchasing based on project scope and timelines
Business Development

Support efforts to grow the customer base and strengthen existing client relationships

Contribute to initiatives that position the organization as a leader in fire protection fabrication
Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with fabrication, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth project execution

Assist with reporting related to sales activity, customer retention, and operational efficiency
Qualifications

One or more years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field

Experience in fire protection, construction, or industrial distribution is preferred

Familiarity with stocklisting processes; HydraTech experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or industry specific software experience is beneficial
