Learning Administrator
Responsibilities

Identify training audiences by partnering with instructional designers, SMEs, and business partners.

Assign and manage training in Workday Learning, including enrollments, attendance, compliance tasks, and custom reports.

Maintain the learning catalog, user access, campaigns, and scheduled reports.

Provide advanced support for Workday Learning issues, analyze recurring problems, and collaborate on course improvements.

Monitor Workday updates and support documentation, videos, and help resources.

Recommend process and system improvements to enhance training quality and efficiency.

Manage eLearning software licenses and support onboarding of new team members.

Coordinate training logistics, including vendor-provided programs.

Maintain LMS and DAM system data, permissions, and governance.

Support communication of curriculum changes and assist leaders with LMS-related questions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Background in instructional design, instructional technology, or related fields preferred.

Experience with LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred) and DAM systems.

Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable learning new software and partnering with organizational leaders.
