Description: This role supports agile delivery teams by serving as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to effectively adopt Lean-Agile practices within a scaled environment. The position focuses on helping teams deliver value, improve collaboration, and maintain alignment across multiple teams while supporting enterprise agile initiatives.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Coach and support 2–4 agile teams in adopting and applying Scrum and scaled agile practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, team syncs, and ART events
- Identify, manage, and escalate impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies
- Track and communicate team progress using metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders to support successful delivery of business objectives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile, Scrum Master, project management, or similar IT role
- Experience working with large, complex agile teams in a scaled environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience managing dependencies, vendor coordination, and high-visibility initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
