Description:
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Admin/Developer. This role is centered on designing and building scalable, efficient business processes using Salesforce’s native tools, especially Flow.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, screen, and scheduled automations
- Translate business requirements into scalable declarative solutions using standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and system performance, ensuring a stable and reliable Salesforce environment
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, including analysis, design, development, testing, and support
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools, with deep expertise in Salesforce Flow (record-triggered, screen, and scheduled Flows)
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects and relationships
- Experience using validation rules, formulas, and other configuration-based capabilities
