Responsibilities
- Provide civil engineering support for facility planning, design, construction, renovation, demolition, and maintenance projects
- Support projects involving site development, roads, airfields, drainage, water/sewer systems, shore protection, and other civil infrastructure
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering/design teams
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and safety requirements
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and technical reviews
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain NACI/CAC clearance
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design experience, including new construction and renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and DoD/Navy design standards
- Experience with AutoCAD, civil engineering design software, SpecsIntact, WBDG, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
