Description: This role focuses on supporting agile delivery by coaching and developing high-performing scrum teams to deliver maximum value to the customer. The position blends servant leadership with hands-on coordination, supporting both agile practices and traditional project management activities in a scaled environment.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Coach scrum teams to effectively follow Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe) processes and deliver working software
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and report progress, scope, schedule, risks, and resourcing to stakeholders
- Remove impediments, resolve team conflicts, and minimize external distractions
- Support production releases and ensure successful deployment of code
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Scrum Master, project management, or agile delivery roles
- Experience managing multiple projects and high-performing teams simultaneously
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Practical understanding of scoping, estimation, financial controls, and quality management practices
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field; Scrum or Scaled Agile certification preferred
