Description: This role focuses on developing and delivering data-driven insights through advanced reporting and database management. The position involves working closely with internal stakeholders to create meaningful reports that support operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL and reporting tools, along with a keen eye for data accuracy and presentation.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Design, develop, and maintain database reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, and other reporting tools
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, including subqueries, CTEs, and window functions
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis
- Create and enhance visual reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity and usability for end users
- Manipulate and analyze data using techniques such as joins, sorting, merging, and pivot tables
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization techniques such as indexing and parameterization
- Strong experience with Crystal Reports and report visualization best practices
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience transforming and analyzing raw data into meaningful insights using various data functions
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
