JOB SUMMARY
This role supports the Locate and VL+ team by validating technologies used within Vehicle Locator applications. These applications enable customers to manage, market, and trade new vehicle inventory, including connected vehicle features. This role focuses on verifying correct technology implementation and data accuracy while developing and maintaining both manual and automated tests to support overall product quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Design and execute manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain Selenium automation for cross browser and mobile testing
- Perform testing at the UI and data layers using appropriate tools
- Document and track defects in Jira when results do not meet specifications
- Participate in daily agile stand ups and collaborate with project team members
- Partner with developers to validate and reproduce defects
- Create and maintain test cases in TestRail
- Update Jira tasks to communicate testing progress to the onshore test lead

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Five or more years of quality assurance experience, including test leadership
- Three or more years of Selenium based automation experience
- Two or more years of experience with Databricks and or Azure Data Factory
- One or more years of experience with Cucumber BDD
- One or more years of experience with Rest Assured
- Strong Java proficiency with the ability to write code independently
- One or more years of experience with Jenkins
- Experience delivering automation within an Agile environment
- Familiarity with Eclipse or similar IDEs
- Experience with Git version control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
