The Healthcare Concierge role is designed to push the limits of what it means to deliver world-class service in a demanding hospital setting. As a Concierge, you’ll support clinical teams, engage with patients and families, and set the tone for an experience that blends warmth, precision, and professionalism.
What to expect:
- 12-hour shifts on your feet, averaging 25,000–30,000 steps daily.
- A primary focus on nurses and clinical staff needs, while interacting with patients and parents throughout the day
- Managing and fulfilling requests through our client’s custom app
- Balancing luxury-level service with the fast pace of a hospital environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in hospitality, event support, or other high-touch service roles
- An interest in the Healthcare industry and a keen willingness to learn
- Composure, stamina, and attention to detail in a fast paced settings
- Exceptional communication skills with parents, patients, and medical staff
- A passion for creating seamless, elevated experiences
