OtterBase is seeking an experienced Onsite Supervisor to join our client’s team. This leadership role combines hospitality, customer service, and operations within a hospital environment. The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Concierge professionals who fulfill non clinical requests from nurses and patients through a proprietary mobile application, helping improve the overall patient and staff experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Concierge professionals across assigned hospital units.

Build strong partnerships with nursing leadership to ensure seamless communication and operational support.

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to team members.

Monitor service requests through the mobile platform to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Manage staff workload to maintain appropriate unit coverage.

Track operational metrics and maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.

Foster a positive, hospitality focused culture for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

Remain actively engaged in daily operations. This is a hands on leadership position, with supervisors regularly walking 25,000 or more steps during a shift.
Qualifications

3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. (Preferred)

2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency with scheduling, communication, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

A passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service in a healthcare setting.
