CMM Programmer
Description: Seeking a CMM Programmer with hands-on experience developing and running inspection programs using metrology software such as PC-DMIS, Metrologic, or PolyWorks. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of CMM programming experience, a solid foundation in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement, and working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools. This role supports both prototype and production activities in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities/skills:

Develop, modify, and run CMM inspection programs using metrology software to measure parts, components, fixtures, and assemblies.

Perform dimensional layouts and generate inspection reports that meet customer requirements.

Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing programs and reporting processes.

Support metrology activities, including equipment calibration, fixture reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Operate and support measurement equipment such as CMMs and Faro Arms.

Maintain accurate data, reports, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of layouts, inspections, and reports.

Provide technical guidance and training to operators, team members, and customers as needed.

Participate in prototype and manufacturing support activities when required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2-3 years of CMM programming experience.

Experience with PC-DMIS, Metrologic, PolyWorks, or similar metrology software.

Strong understanding and application of GD&T and blueprint reading.

Experience measuring sheet metal and plastic automotive components preferred.

Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP).

Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and height gages.

Ability to read and interpret CAD models and engineering drawings.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

Process Engineer

Responsibilities
• Develop, standardize, and improve manufacturing processes for plastic injection molding, rollforming, and related operations.
• Read and interpret CAD data, blueprints, GD&T, CMM reports, and customer specifications.
• Lead troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and process optimization activities to improve quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct and analyze DOE studies, SPC/data analysis, and problem-solving initiatives using scientific methods and Six Sigma principles.
• Support new product launches, manufacturing maturation, PFMEA activities, tooling development, and capital equipment procurement.
• Lead mid-sized engineering projects with minimal supervision while ensuring timely execution and effective cross-functional communication.
• Support quoting, feasibility reviews, and process planning for new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment specifications, and process improvements.
• Train and mentor engineers and share best practices across teams.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 3–7 years of engineering experience; OR Master’s degree in Engineering with 0–3 years of experience; OR Associate degree/Journeyman certification with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DOE, SPC, statistics, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding and rollforming.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings, GD&T, blueprints, and dimensional reports.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

CNC Programmer

Description: Seeking a CNC Programmer with hands-on experience programming and operating Haas VF-series machining centers. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of CNC programming experience, proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360, and a solid foundation in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement. This role supports both prototype and production machining in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities/skills:
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for Haas VF-7, VF-9, and VF-10 machining centers.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and prove out CNC programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, GD&T, and customer specifications.
• Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds to optimize machining performance and quality.
• Support prototype and production machining activities while meeting quality and delivery requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program-related issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Verify machined parts using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and height gages.
• Maintain organized program documentation, setup sheets, and tooling records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve machining processes.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or CNC certification preferred.
• 3+ years of CNC programming experience required.
